    I’m T – mobile customer, I in long beach, California, opened in March 2012 the phone $30 a month, has been in use. But this year began in March, due to special reasons, we left California and moved to Illinois to live. The service here signal is very poor in my family, my mobile phone can’t normal conversation, so I decided to began in April to stop using the services of your company, will no longer continue to pay, can you tell me whether I need to your company, in the business hall near my house, personally deal with formalities of downtime? Or, I no longer unilateral renewal will affect my reputation?
